X8 is also for pc, so why rip it from the PS2 version?

I'm quite interested in your method, i tried something similar time ago but with no result. I was trying to rip Zone of the Enders 2 . A cool game.
Maybe if u tell us ur settings of pcsx2 and your graphic card (nvidia-ati), it could help. thank u, I wait for a guide^^.

How do you rip PC models then? Tongue
If it's any easier than this method then I'm all for trying it.
Of course, this is just me talking of the future. I haven't even played the games beyond X6 so this wouldn't happen for a while unfortunately. I just like to look for a way to do it before I get all hyped and ready to start before I even find out how.

3D Ripper DX or 3DVia.
If you have 3DS Max and the proper plugin, 3DVia is probably better.
I don't know if there's a difference between PCSX2's ripper and 3D Ripper DX, other than PCSX2 scaling the Z into infinity and beyond Tongue and the UVs being way over sized as well.
