puggsoy's Bottomless Top Hat Of Sprites
Well honestly if the NPCs being all together (separated, maybe even labeled if you wanted of course) on one sheet wouldn't be too big then I would do that. If you really want to do them by location or what have you then you can but sometimes the less-relevant characters might be cloned in some areas so...

Also if you're asking what I think you're asking, then you're free to re-rip anything that you want if you can make it better. Even if it's just palette corrections then it's welcome to be replaced here. Not to mention that assembled areas/buildings along with tile sets of them are always awesome to have.

Finally the windmill hut would do to be on its own sheet since it's a location.

The only real reason I didn't want them all is one sheet is because it would probably take some while to get every single sprite. You're right though, some generic villager sprites do appear in multiple places, only with different palettes. Plus I just realised some like Guru-Guru can't even be categorised and would have to sit on their own tiny sheet.
I'll try and get them all then, but it'll take a while. Hopefully my new-found knowledge of using YY-CHR should help though. And yeah, I probably will label them Tongue

As for re-ripping, yeah I figured as much. As long as I use someone else's rips I'll include them in the credit tag, but if I re-rip all of their sprites (for palette corrections or whatever), should I still include them?
By the way, just for clarification, do you want assembled buildings and areas along with tiles, in the same sheet? Because the thing is that tiles would be categorised by the type of tile, rather than the area, so for overworld tiles I'd have the entire assembled overworld. I don't mind doing that (I personally find it pretty cool to see an entire area without console screen restrictions), but it might make the sheet a bit big. I can also make separate sheets for each assembled area, if you prefer that.

Oh yeah, I also wanted to ask: some sheets have white backgrounds. Some of these I'll probably replace some of these anyway, but for those that I don't should I give them coloured backgrounds, or not bother?

I'm all for more organization/downsizing needless sheets.

If you wouldn't mind doing the NPCs that'd be great. We can wait. Because Gameboy sprites generally do not have many frames and thus it would only make sense to have them all together. You can sort them by location if you like of course so they won't all be jumbled.

I can't imagine one location in a GBC game being that huge (I know it's a Zelda game so it'll be expansive but if anything it won't be as big as your Bastion sheets Tongue). I would include the tiles but at the same time you could have the whole areas on their own sheets and the tiles separate, I suppose. We make a separate section for tile sets sometimes. It's whatever you want to do I guess. If you did happen to re-rip something (IDK how necessary it is to re-do the actual overworlds, but anything else) then we'd just replace the old sheet. Otherwise if you just want to add something to someone's sheets then yeah, it's the same old drill of crediting the original ripper for what they did and pointing out what you did. Genki ^_^

Alright, that's cool then. I'll put tiles on separate sheets than assembled areas, I think that would be cool. In this case I'll have two sheets for each area, one for insides (houses, caves, etc) and one for outsides. Subrosia will probably count as a single area, although the inside of the Temple of Seasons may be on its own sheet. Obviously dungeons will have their own sheets.

By the way I might do some stuff on the Oracle of Ages too.

Tsunami Bomb - The Simple Truth
We could run away
Leave behind anything paper
Not knowing where we're going to stay

You're part of me, it's so easy to see the simple truth
When I'm in your arms, I feel safe from harm and sorrow too

Space Pirates and Zombies (PC/Computer)

You might have already noticed but just so you know I'm now using Dropbox for all my archive (i.e. non-sheet) submissions, including textures and sounds (as well as my programs), since a friend said he preferred direct links instead of MediaFire. I admit it's much nicer to have direct links, but since it doesn't have as much space as MediaFire I'll link uploaded submissions to the site so I don't have to keep them up.

oh yes I was going to say that too -- Dropbox direct links make it a lot easier to upload too. Big Grin

Space Pirates and Zombies (PC/Computer)

With this I've got all the Tiny, Small, and Medium ships done, and only Large and Huge ones left. In total I've now done 24 out of 37. (This isn't including Zombie Breeders, although I might not decide to group them as ships.)

Maybe you take a look at the sheet before you upload it.

First because of quality issues, second because of shrinked images and in this case, an icon instead of a sheet.

Oh wow, can't believe I did that. Guess that's what happens when I submit late at night + get interrupted halfway through Tongue
Fixed it now, thanks for pointing that out!

By the way Mighty, don't forget to get those SPAZ ships (although if those take longer or something because they're archives that's fine) and Astro Boy stuff.
