The spikes are still a bit too droopy. Make them look more like a buzzsaw rather than... hair?

Also his feet seem way too big.

I made his spikes more stiff looking and made the feet slightly less bulky.

Could do with a few more frames to smooth it out a bit. 8 instead of 4 would probably do the trick.
