the spikes look like they are growing instead of bouncing. his nose also looks a tad too big. other than that, its great!!

Well, I was going for growing rather than bouncing, so yeah. Every quill on his back is raring to stab something.

Oh, and the nose is a style choice. I have another enemy (not posted here) called Cerber, who has a similar big nose. Not as big, but proportionally.

the top part of 'PRINCESS' is hard to read because it's almost the same color as the BG. Catventure could do with a thicker line and AA to help smoothen it. I suggest outlining the PRINCESS FANTASY text with a lighter outline so it sticks out from the BG more.

also make the crown rest on the E correctly, or put it on top of the S.

Created a tFR arena based on Princess Fantasy Catventure to pass the time.
The most prominent feature is Castle, the boss of Babylon Kingdom in PFC, but it also includes Princess sitting on top of his shoulder, the four basic fruit and, though it is hard to recognize because in the original game it looks like a simple mountain, Dragon's Keep in the background.

desaturate some of the elements, mainly the big robot and pillars, as they're drawing more attention than the actual fighters. Remember, a background shall never be in the way of the characters.

Otherwise that's great.

I've been working on and off on this.
I barely had any time to do anything digital, because my brother keeps dominating the good computer (the one with mah tools). Since he's away for the day, I've been catching up with various things.
I have finished a logo (Radish) in Illustrator, colored 2 comic pages and continued this. I'm not sure whether I'll be able to finish this today; I'm pretty worked after the comic pages and logo. It might be delayed again for X days, so I thought I'd share some progress while I have the chance.

Crabmeat. Could be a weapon, could be an obstacle, could be a spectator even.

That's done on purpose. I exaggerated the hand so its readable. I did this with all my SMK-X-Sonic-Drift sprites.
