Rabid's Models (WIPs and such)
#16
I would think the panels would be easy. If you made them all smooth and shiny I bet those would make an awesome addition to the customs section *visualizes beautiful red heart panel model*. Big Grin

I doubt anyone's done those (correct me if wrong).

they might be too simple.
there might be other people who want to get in on the submissions as well. (you could make them Big Grin )

I don't know anything about models so I wasn't considering getting into it anytime soon because I thought it was really complicated?

not really, especially for the really simple stuff.
it's only complicated because you're applying a lot of techniques/skills at the same time to make a complete game-ready object.
if you try to learn the steps bit by bit, you'll be having fun before you know it. Smile

Just to clarify, Tetris blocks would DEFINITELY be too simple to put up. If you did something really fancy with them it would be fine, but extruding a box and maybe chamfering it is just a bit too simple for a submission to me. It'd be like submitting a basic shape like a circle or a triangle as a sprite to TSR.

Generally we use .smd and/or .dae files on the site for that.
