How come I never saw that Snail?
I did complete all Metal Slug games, or I'm just stupid, and I forgot it.
Ahhh... The Memories... The fun I had.... The goddam coins I wasted in that stupid arcade machine until I bought the game myself....
Good times.

Well Metal Slug 3 is famous for it's multiple paths, maybe you just missed it? I didn't see the Ostrich Slug until my 10th or so play through.
To see the Snail get to level 4, go up the temple, down the tube thing, right and I think it's down another tubey thing - that's from memory so I may be wrong. Would also mean you'd have missed the giant worm thing and the Drill Slug.

Maybe it's time you play some Metal Slug 3 again? The snail is personally my favourite enemy in the game.

Oh yeah! Now I remember! The unfindable Ostrich Slug! I can't count how many times me and my brother beated that Game to NOT find it.

Ostrich is located in one of the pipes on the underwater level. Yeah you really need to play metal Slug 3 again man.

No, I just never saw the Crab under the machine, maybe the bridge was blocking the view....

Hey it's a quick update thing! The Hermit Crab's animation each have 12 frames. I have:
12 Walking
12 Getting Gun Out
12 With Gun
12 Putting Gun Away (was really smegging hard to do and don't even think it's in-game)

And I'm working on:
12 Left Small Gun Shooting
12 Right Small Gun Shooting
12 Big Gun Shooting
12 Destroyed

So I'm pretty much half done. And my god this Crab has been getting me mad - so irritating! So if you see any mistakes (like a black dot missing somewhere) when it's done, let me know. If I discover anymore animations for the Crab I'll probably cry.

EDIT: Not making a new post yet but the Metal Slug 3 project will be continued VERY shortly!
