try making a commanding officer like the alternate theme says if you cant think up anything ninspriter.

he himself is his own character, he customizes himself as to how he would like to look. he gets his hair styled how he wants it, he dresses how he wants to, he acts how he wants.
he is his own original character..
he is making it up, just by looking like that IRL. the only difference is that the design isn't made on the computer.
this is all assuming it is actually based off himself and i didnt just get trolled
either way its an original character
and if i did just get trolled
