Even wtihout tiers or whatever, I assume this board still knows how to raise pokemon by EV training and knows how moves and movesets work on pokemon as well as abilities? I've seen too many people run into something by just grabbing random guys and leveling them up without even caring if their pokemon have shitty stats or not that wont even make a dent on an opponent's pokemon.
