While we're on the subject-- never use neutral anything. It always looks unprofessional. Neutral white and neutral black are honestly really boring, even as outlines-- using a slightly lighter black with a blue or red hue will in general look a hell of a lot better.
FYI, the last few posts you've been making in this topic lead me to believe that you actually haven't really changed at all about the way that you handle crit. Remember, that's why people started hating you.
You don't need to throw out irrelevant excuses into improving your work-- just do it. And if you ARE going to dodge crit, don't get mad when you don't actually improve and you stay at the same level you're currently at.
