Twister, please stop calling out rule-breaking and simply report the post. Leave it to staff to inform people of rules.
That said, he is correct in that you are not eligible to make requests, as you can see in the rules. So try downloading an ISO of the game and ripping from that, since it wouldn't be illegal seeing how you already own the game.
