Your character doesn't follow through the force he's delivering - his head practically does not move, and there isn't a lot of torsion in the torso when the blow is delivered.
I pushed the head and arm forwards, cut the frames down from 6 to 4, because two frames were very similar to other frames and redundant if taking into account the 4 frame guideline.

Should I just use your version of the animation or do I have to make my own version of it?
