That first one doesnt look very good. The background doesnt blend in very well and it's apperently very low res. The streetwalk is squashed too. And I can see you used a brush in the top-left corner which isn't done to well either. The second one is very great though, very realistic. I only thing it missis some reflections and more sun-like lighting.
