Converting .JTEX and .BJAE to PNG?

I recently exported the files from the game RPG Maker FES. After a bit of searching, I got JTexTool and JTEX.jar from Ploaj but unfortunately none of them work as I'd hoped. JTexTool would export as blank files but the JTEX.jar output to something like this:


So I tried the old fashion ripping using Citra but I found that the images are blurred:


My google-fu yielded to the same tools and I am completely stumped. Please help me.
