Converting .JTEX and .BJAE to PNG? - Regius - 08-14-2017

I recently exported the files from the game RPG Maker FES. After a bit of searching, I got JTexTool and JTEX.jar from Ploaj but unfortunately none of them work as I'd hoped. JTexTool would export as blank files but the JTEX.jar output to something like this:

So I tried the old fashion ripping using Citra but I found that the images are blurred:

My google-fu yielded to the same tools and I am completely stumped. Please help me. Cry

For whatever reason the old test build of the tool seems to work.

Thank you very much! It worked for some characters but for some reason, some JTEX files doesn't work.
I attached some examples.

When I try that version, some of them appears like this:

When I try one of the latest-ish builds, they look like this but still not color accurate:
