Render your image with transparent background, then submit and tMR will automatically apply the background!
Just remember, the icon dimensions:
148x125 == Small;
750x650 == Large;
since I have to render inside of unity, I guess the solution is a screenshot of it on a "green screen" The backgrounds could have made rendering painless.
