Heavy Door & Iron Bar Gates

Needs the gate from Scande and the rest of the iron bar palettes, the current iron bar animation also needs a recolour to match the heavy door example.

Edit: Also the metal door gate from Tunlan.

Now the only thing missing is the gold-blue door from Scande Tower.
But maybe I could add the breakable walls which can be punched with Ox.
