Got Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask partly for my birthday, and partly because it was extremely cheap and we'd wanted to for a while. Although at first it didn't feel at Layton-y as the other games (due to it being on the 3DS, a lot has changed), I soon got used to it. It's really awesome so far, and the mini-games are also extremely fun.
After struggling day after day I finally beat Hexagonest on Super Hexagon, then somehow I beat Hyper Hexagon in the same day. Next day (yesterday) I beat Hyper Hexagoner. Now let's see if I can beat Hyper Hexagonest, it's unbelievably fast
(This is all on the PC version by the way, the phone version is more difficult due to the smaller screen and touch controls, so I'm keeping it as an additional challenge for me once I'm done on the PC.)
Yesterday I finished Phoenix Wright AA: JFA. It's a bit of a shame that it didn't have a DS-exclusive case like in the first, but the final case's epicness pretty much made up for it.
I also got over my fear of the Meat Circus in Psychonauts and beat it, finishing the game. Now I'm going to do all the extra stuff (figments, cobwebs, etc), as well as get the Steam achievements. Unfortunately there's no "completed save", it doesn't even record that I've completed the game. So I have to load from the point of no return, do all the extra stuff, then finish the Meat Circus again to truly 100% the game. Not a big deal really, but I don't know why it doesn't at least acknowledge that you've done the Meat Circus (and maybe give access to it), even if the story must be loaded from the point of no return.
I've also been playing Beat Hazard Ultra on my phone and BIT.TRIP RUNNER. Gotta love music based games.
(Wow just noticed how much that is )
