Resident evil 3 Nemesis Jill valentine

hello guys
I am very impressive to find this site
I want to rip like you guys
but there a problem , please can any one help
when I rip from psx lilimon from digimon world 2 I got it flat like yoyonerd
I use 3D ripper and epsxe with pete 's DX6 D3D driver
and this is the result from mildshape [.obj] and [.3dr] from 3D max 2011
I try to scale in milkshape and 3d max but it doesn't scale , I don't know why? in both 3d max and mildshape



please some one give me the method to rip or yoyonerd how do you rip jill valenine
