Overall the rips are pretty good. It's nice that you've combined all of the little textures into a big one for some of them, but it also causes some issues. For example, the only way someone would be able to use the alternate eye texture for the Hanmuru Doll is if they shifted the UVs for only those two polygons 25%. It would be fine if the face was a separate piece, but it doesn't work when all of it is together. For those models that do have alternate textures like that, it would be nice if you could make alternate combined textures to go with them. (Of course, I realize this would be absurd for characters, but it should be fine for reaverbots.)

I'll upload all of these, but I hope you'll update Hanmuru Doll when you can.
