i'm talking about the fact that in a game like zelda where the central aspect of the game is swordplay (well, aside from the puzzles and shit) and probably 3/4ths of the game is you swinging your sword alone, it'll get tiring quickly having to swing correctly 1:1.

Paraphrasing; I use games as an escape and to relax. I would much rather hold a stationary controller in my hand than to exert myself by flailing around.
Not that I'm lazy or anything, but I'm generally opposed to motion controls, especially when they're CONSTANTLY being used as they will be in Zelda.

At the very least, they could easily put in classic controller support and use the 2nd analog stick as the aiming for your sword, and you can be just as accurate.

you have got to be kidding me. yes you are lazy if you prefer stationary controls over movement. having full control over the movement ALLOWS for more possibilites in gaming. this is the exact reason WHY my generation is gona be lazy Defeated because people like you (not 100% ment to be offencive) want controls that allow you to sit on your ass instead of move on your feet. i feel supremely offened by that post
on a side note me (and my mother XD) are gona get this 100% XD (my moms a die hard zelda fan lolz)
