You know, you can skip stages, or going back to a specific stage :
Do the "B_ " cheat code (GameFAQs), and choose a hotel.
On the title screen of the stage:
Button 2 + Left to go to the previous stage,
Button 2 + Right to go to the next Stage,
Button 2 + Down to save,
and Button 2 + Up to choose a hotel again.
And with that cheat code : You can access to all hotels and all stages.
