It doesn't need to be a rule. If it becomes a rule than this is literally GD version 2.
It just needs to be general advice that everybody needs to chill the fuck out and grow up a little bit. Again, being a dick is kinda funny when executed properly by someone who actually knows how to make it funny, but when random jackoffs try to pull it off, it becomes a chain reaction of dick posts.
