The legs are jumpy and blocky, and to top it all it doesn't loop properly. The arm looks kinda fine, but you should keep its thickness constant. You should rotate the body a bit when walking. Also, judging by the sheet, the jump animation might not be good.
You need to put some fixed points when animating. For example, Luigi's head should be fixed in the X-axis (it shouldn't slide horizontally) while moving in Y-axis (going up and down).
