IMHO this needs some work. The best thing about the sheet is the idle and if I recall correctly Rokkan made that, at least part of it. Most of the poses are just rotations and skewers, which in this case is fine because its paper mario, but they all look jagged and messy. The custom parts (the koopa shell, the sparky dude, the final smash) are all in need of contrast and very pillowshaded. Lots of the attacks need some motion blur (the standard a for example) and some of them don't even look like attacks (forward tilt). Its an okay sheet, but it needs loads of work.
