[TOOL] Early TtGames LEGO Game Model Editor and Exporter

I recently released a tool which can edit models from early TtGames LEGO Games, LEGO Star Wars The Complete Saga, LEGO Indiana Jones 1 and LEGO Batman 1. You can use it to rip models with their skinning data intact. Some manual cleanup may be required but it is nice to have the skeletal data intact.
