I was doing a little research on this game for a request and thought I'd drop my findings. I'm working with the Android version and specific request was to look into the Spider-mobile model from this game.
Original author of the Blender script provides it at this forum yet, scroll down and find them and they'll have it as an attachment.

Android format is PVR, pretty easy to find by looking at the mtb file in Word. I use PVRTextool for that format myself but whatever's clever. Just of note they get renamed to PVR for that version.
Finding textures is not hard nor time consuming at all. Follow this tutorial:

I'll speed things up there as well. So you opened choice .oct file in a hex editor, say Spider-man as in the example. See how the highlighting is in the example? The shortcut is to start by the first lower case y in the right column. That's the texture, you see the second is the second set of y's. Go back eight characters on the right side, that's eight sets of two characters on the left in hex. That's the name of the texture you need. So looking at the first two which in the Spider-man example given is 97 for example you go into the textures folder of the game and find the matching named 97.zip file. Open, extract or whatever. Inside it is also a folder named textures and inside that several .tbody files to be renamed (you don't need a .bat file for single renaming of course, just change the name manually). To speed this up type the same sixteen hex character string or part of it into a folder search. So in the example 97f43c911bf34db3. Presto! 97f43c911bf34db3.tbody is the file you end up with, changed the extension to whatever is needed be it PVR or DDS and you're good to go. For the 2.0 game the linked Blender file works for every model so you're without limit. Likewise to the question here about secondary textures/normals those would the next sixteen character sets in hex after the main texture and then repeat the search process.
I hope any of this helps anyone. I know this series has been a subject of desire and confusion for a few people out there. This method in addition to the stuff written in the OP of this post should help you move through the game quickly regardless of what version, likewise this works for 3.0 as well as it does 2.0.
