Hyrule Warriors: Definitive Edition SFX ripping - mariofan12ify - 04-02-2021

Does anyone know how to rip sound effects from the Definitive Edition of this game? The Sounds Resource mostly have voices and it doesn't have what I'm looking for.

Yeah, SFX are in the "se" folder. All the .bin.gz things in the folders there are SFX.

You can use QuickBMS and these to convert them:
File Decompression: Hyrule Warriors GZ decompression.
Archive Extraction: Sound BIN Extractor

GZ Decompression will give you a BIN file. Then, you have to open that BIN file in a text editor (Notepad, HxE) and delete everything before the text "SDsdSmpl". It's at the end of all the weird space (or dots in HxE). Then using the SFX BMS in QuickBMS will work no problem.
You'll get a .g1l file, a sound file, which you can convert to more listenable formats with vg-stream.
