RE: Kick a bike - MotorRoach - 06-02-2013

Nothing is here.

RE: Kick a bike - Virt - 06-02-2013

Is this edited or is it a rip..?

RE: Kick a bike - MotorRoach - 06-02-2013

It's a r-Oh, hell. Should've made a thread on the other category for this.

Let me compensate my stupidity with an old work of mine that involves animating a terrible plane design.

RE: Kick a bike - Virt - 06-02-2013

The design may be kooky but that animation is way too smooth bro you're too skilled get outta here

RE: Kick a bike - Gors - 06-03-2013

while that looks smooth enough, the perspective don't match between the turbine and the base of the white part of the rocket (both should be flat or curved).

also those lines on the wings almost don't change position in that rotation, which is weird. Normally, the lines would get closer to getting begind the rocket's body with that rotation, but they aren't. In fact, it doesn't really look it's rotating a little, but rather flapping its wings. It's a weird animation.

Not to say it's quite pillowshaded, which goes against the windows' specs.

@Gorsalami: Notes taken.

wtf am I doing

I have no idea how to do back muscles, at least according to the previously mentioned reference.

RE: Kick a bike - SmithyGCN - 06-19-2013

Why am I reminded of Space Ace with that outline?

There may have been problems with the plane that Gors pointed out, but it beats the heck out of my stuff. Shoot, and I'm the guy who stresses on animation.

RE: Kick a bike - MotorRoach - 07-10-2013

Guess who took forever again

Not really finished, only decided to ask criticism for it now since it's currently easy to see his details. I currently find a bit difficult to understand Capcom's muscles pattern, so I had a bit of trouble on those.

RE: Kick a bike - MotorRoach - 07-25-2013

Not again, why am I so slow with these

Any criticism?

RE: Kick a bike - Virt - 07-25-2013

When he steps with the leg closest to us, there's a jitter on the pattern on his leg.

RE: Kick a bike - MotorRoach - 07-25-2013

Thank you for pointing that out.

So guess it's now good to show it to who commissioned me, yes?

EDIT: Something else I had made for a while. KOF style practice.

Anyone remembers this game?

RE: Kick a bike - Terminal Devastation - 07-26-2013

Oh hi super geon. He seems a tad wide around the waist though.
I'm probably wrong though, since I had trouble remembering which geon that was... I just remember super geon swiming all serpentine-like and thus picture him a more on the thin side.

RE: Kick a bike - Virt - 07-26-2013

The pattern on his right leg still looks kind of jittery, but if you don't focus on it it's hardly noticeable. Other than that the entire Deadpool sprite is amazing!

RE: Kick a bike - MotorRoach - 07-26-2013

@Trollerskates: I only get the impression of a jitter on his pattern when his hand passes by. Maybe that's why it feels jittery.

@Terminal Devastation: Now that you mentioned, yeah, I guess he is supposed to be much thinner. I'll edit him some time, probably when I feel like animating his idle (yes, I do intend on doing that at some point)

Here's an even more obscure design done also in the KOF style (getting better with it):

I dare you remember who she is.

Oh, that would make sense. Yeah, that sprite is amazing dude.
