I do agree it is a bit cluttered, there is a lot of things going on and Its hard to tell what's what.

More importantly it doesn't seem to be based off of anything. All Pokemon must be based off of something.

Well... I don't know it might be a robot...I think it is. I'll fix the design sometime, but it might not be today, since I'm going to attempt ripping a type of game I never have before.

Ok, I know I said I'd do a panda, but I got carried away with this. It started off as a panda on all four, and I wanted to make it a fire type, so this is what I made. More of a bear though. The legs are made to look like hardened lava, with some cracks and all, and the rest is self-explanatory.

Here it is, maybe a first stage to come? It's pretty badass if I do say so myself.

Hey that's pretty cool! But the face doesn't look like a bear, that's the only thing.

RE: TSR PokeDex Project - Garamonde - 04-19-2011

I think the new tree design for Paleoking looks good! Paleostar looks the same to me but looks pretty good I think. Though it feels like Paleostar would look better with slightly clawed or branch-like feet. Nice job however! Can someone else say something about his Pokemon besides that they look like Primeape and Pikachu + Bart lovechild? They really aren't bad designs, just a little touching up here and there.

Matt, maybe if you try some different arms, legs and eyes then see what looks best, add colour then scan it onto your computer instead of taking a photograph, then maybe it will look better

RE: TSR PokeDex Project - Garamonde - 04-19-2011

He seems to be having trouble posting the pictures on here...

Maybe you should use an image hosting site?

RE: TSR PokeDex Project - Teabagger9777 - 04-19-2011

on my computer the images don't show up as a link
does it shows up on anybody elses
anybody can edit the designs

RE: TSR PokeDex Project - Garamonde - 04-19-2011

I haven't seen any more links in your posts since the ones on the previous page... here, try uploading your pictures to this site and copying and pasting the Direct Links in your post, and we should be able to see them.

EDIT: Sorry about that, link fixed...

RE: TSR PokeDex Project - Teabagger9777 - 04-19-2011

sorted

RE: TSR PokeDex Project - Garamonde - 04-19-2011

You don't have to put the IMG tags around your link, we can easily click it and see your pictures. But the end tag was missing the "]" at the end and it didn't show up...

EDIT: I fixed your image, it was rotated: http://i.min.us/imTpjE.png

Yes, very nice! Paleoking looks much better and so does Paleostar! Smile

However may I ask what that darkened area under Paleoking's crown is? Is that a hole of sorts?

RE: TSR PokeDex Project - Geekz_R_us - 04-19-2011

Oooooooo! How about a Fire/Smoke Bunny/Rabbit.

RE: TSR PokeDex Project - Garamonde - 04-19-2011

I'm all for more bunny Pokemon (as you can probably tell)! Big Grin
