just beat the e4. barely. Meganium is super leveled for some reason even though i got it at lv1. its 56, others are mid 30s.
ALSO WHY THE FUCK AM I NOT EVOLVING EEVEE INTO UMBREON 6 LEVELS AT NIGHT WITH (what i think is) MAX HAPPINESS

The Johto region is too short to evolve evee, whenever I played with him in the original GS it would always take me playing with only him until just before the elite four before he evolved. Walk around for about a half hour (no battles or anything) and you'll probably have him at max happiness. Take him to the haircut guy too.
