Yeah, spread the wheels out a bit.
And the tires look a bit too thick; maybe make the hubcaps just a hair larger to fit the tires better.

Definitely. Maybe try making both shades of orange used on the hubcaps a little brighter; they look too dull right now.

Great. I think the tires hubcaps need to be a bit either brighter or larger. (Expand the tires by 2 pixels, hubcap by 1?) Making good progress, though.
edit: lol, inafter post. I think the seat's fine unless you're following some style that only lets you have a set amount of colors in your pallette, which you aren't.

Ok the first thing you will notice is the lack of the Black Zigzag.
In the first post I said that I wouldn't put character emblems on so that people could put their own, do you think the Black Zigzag(Which I think is supposed to be Wario's Moustache) counts as an emblem. If not I'll put it on.
By the way, I couldn't find a decent picture with the back of the cargo so it may be off.

There's a picture here that's a little larger and shows a bit more of the cargo. I think that claw in the back with the pink hook could be put onto the kart.

If you put it far enough back on the kart, it should get in the way too much.
