So I'm just about at the point where I will end up getting my 5th gym badge.

Right now I need to train my team harder then I relieve my inner thoughts.

Current team:
Level/Pokemon
28/Solosis
27/Servine
27/Ducklett
28/Scraggy
29/Yamask
30/Darukuma

So am I the only one who's tired with how often the game gives opponents help? By that I mean giving them numerous critical hits, letting them avoid attack after attack, and if an attack has less than a 100% chance of hitting, it will hit, but for you it rarely does.

Idk, maybe it's just be, but B&W seems to hate the player.

I'm pretty sure it's just you. I honestly have never had a fight like that yet. The whole game seems the opposite of what you're saying.

EDIT: EV'N IT UP

This didn't happen to me in BW probably because of the level difference, but that was what happened EXACTLY in HGSS

I'm apparently really good at finding females of things that aren't usually female.
Female Snivy on my first try, hatched a female Charmander by chance when I was breeding starters to trade on the GTS, female Pansage first time I ever found a wild one, and today I spotted a Combee for the first time (I hadn't looked around that route much.) and it was female.

I guess if anybody wants egg moves on one of these guys let me know.

I've got alot of EV training to do today.

Two pokémon, 76 wild pokémon to defeat to max out each stat, 2 stats on each pokémon.

:/

Also, I have to be very careful because any EVs gained in the wrong stats are a bitch to get rid of.

RE: Pokémon B/W. How's the adventure going so far? - Teddy The Elite - 04-07-2011

After I train the two stats I want, I usually don't touch the last four points. I just leave it to chance. Mostly because I'm lazy.

Just throw the last 4-6 points in hp, you never know when youll need 1 hp to survive a match, there's your chance.

RE: Pokémon B/W. How's the adventure going so far? - Joseph Styling - 04-07-2011

but what if you maxed hp what then

RE: Pokémon B/W. How's the adventure going so far? - Untitled - 04-07-2011

then throw it into something like defense, the point of 252 evs "is" for you to add extra points into another stat. There's really no point in going to 255, it wont make a difference and you'll only waste, but in the long run 4 evs will only add 1 point to a stat, which isnt much of a loss but its best to get the 4 evs first then max everything else to your desire if you cant keep count. 1 point can always make a difference.

RE: Pokémon B/W. How's the adventure going so far? - Devicho - 04-07-2011

Hatched an Igglybuff for the sake of Pokedex data, but it turned out to have a neutral nature with a Iv spread of 31 for HP, 6-7 for Attack, 22-23 for defense, 30-31 for special attack, 28-29 for special defense, and 10-11 for speed.

I think I might go ahead and EV train her later.

it's a lot less hellish than I expected luckily the first pokemon i caught had 31 Attack IVs

RE: Pokémon B/W. How's the adventure going so far? - Rosencrantz - 04-07-2011

I'm in the process of catching a ton of ditto; one has 31s in both Health and Speed. Still have to cover the rest of my stats still, but this ditto will be a MAJOR breeder for me :>
