Any better ?
And I still don't know which eyes to choose, so if you could please help me.

You're welcome, Epic'.

right. I like right better.

RE: Pokemon Zero Sprites - Wes - 07-23-2009

I would say the head thats already on it. The disembodied one looks like its cross-eyed

RE: Pokemon Zero Sprites - Alpha Six - 07-23-2009

I agree; the first one is much better.

Better?

The shadesare wrongly placed on pidgeot, mostly. I'd recommend extending the brighter shade of the belly all way down, shortening the darker shades. Lapras, for instance, shows a good example of how it should be.

Quilava looks somewhat deformed, the problem dating back to the original lines.. I think it needs to be redone entirely, with more curves and longer body.

Why thank you for such criticism.
I have to re-do both of the quilava's right?

RE: Pokemon Zero Sprites - Alpha Six - 07-23-2009

Abra looks odd. It's not nearly fat enough and its pose (and general lineart) is awkward.

RE: Pokemon Zero Sprites - Glitch - 07-23-2009

abra isnt THAT fat.... though it would help to make the sprite a bit less thin. If you expained how the line art was akward i might be able to fix, but im going on vacation for three days, so i wont be able to get on it right away.

My attempt to make it look more detailed, Before i start with the body.

RE: Pokemon Zero Sprites - Alpha Six - 07-24-2009

Line's looking great so far, but you don't need to size-chart Steelix since he's built of individual parts.

With Pokemon like Wailord, it might be easy to build them through tiles, but I'm not sure yet.

RE: Pokemon Zero Sprites - Britt - 07-24-2009

I'm 100% sure I'm gonna finish that Steelix...

I may have gotten a little over my head with it, I'm not as good as most of you here.

Minor edits, mainly on the fur and I tried to uncross the eyes of the face on the right because actually I was more asking about the "location" ( not sure if it's the correct word for that ) of the eyes. On the left, it's like it looks like on some sprites and on the right, they are closer to the crest, more like on the artwork.

And imo, it didn't really fit the style and even if I do suck at choosing colors and at fitting style, which makes my opinion worthless, I brightened colors a bit. Yeah, thats stupid.

RE: Pokemon Zero Sprites - Helmo - 07-24-2009

If anybody does want to make Aggron or Shiftry go ahead, im a very slow/lazy spriter...

These in style? Colors from Jak's Pikachu.

Also, I love the Arcanine.

RE: Pokemon Zero Sprites - Zenaki Jenkins - 07-25-2009

Tried Umbreon. I took the colors from official sprites and will change them later.
