Here's a rough concept/size chart. It's a little slanted, but...
I plan to finalize the "pod" later. Looks like Teeks and I had a similar idea to you, Maverick.

I was kinda hoping Porky (Pokey) would be oustside the machine for this one, and the machine would be his Final Smash.
Or maybe we could make a very small version of his machine that he sits in like a kart. No glass over his head.
Also think about Kirby and the copy ability. Kirby is not going to be able to launch or use an attack that comes from a seperate entity.

And why not? When Kirby sucks up Samus, he takes her suits power, not her human form's power. It's the same idea. Pokey uses the mech to help fight like Samus uses her suit. If Kirby can take her damn blaster, he can take a power from Pokey's mech.

He can absorb Bowser with no problem...
The spidermech could be a bit smaller, but not a lot smaller.
Also, Porky/Pokey always uses some kind of mech to battle in. He's a coward, after all. Remember the beginning of Earthbound when he wants to run from enemies and cowers behind Ness?

I am not much of an idea man, so if someone comes up with a moveset, I can do the work. I am also known for not finishing anything, so it might not be safe that I am working on this. Also, should I use the Earthbound color scheme for the mech or the mother 3 colors. Also, which outfits should Porky have? I was thinking he could be different from the other characters and have 4 costumes instead of alternate colors because he does enough in the games. I was thinking the white t-shirt blue overalls, the current one with the bot thing over his head, the suit which he is in at the end of Earthbound, and the Mother 3 Porky.
