He seems too wide, with the side pose as a reference, I don't think he'd be that fat from the front. Maybe it's just me though...

Made him less wide and made a slight curve at his waste to give him some egg looking proportion.

since for some reason it isnt evident what the problem is, i'd say it right away.

do not mirror his legs(nor any other bodypart). they may work on the sideview pose, but they look awfully wrong on a full frontal pose. if you want to give it a pair of legs, make them match the rest of the body rather than reciclyng them from another pose.

also, when you realise he's the same heigth at both standing up and while bending his knees you can tell there is something really bad going on his anatomy.

Forgive me, but these sprites just look like DBurraki's sprites, just with a different pallette.
