"I can fix it!"

Hello, dear spriters! Big Grin
I've gotten into a Super Mario Bros. ROM hack lately and I've made those sprites of Fix-It Felix, Jr. They're based on the sprites from Flash game "Fix-It Felix, Jr." on the Disney website.

Whaddya' think? Cute

It took me a whole day for the hack and the sprites.
I didn't know where to put this thread, so I made it here. If I'm in the wrong section, I guess someone will just move it!

I'm thinking to sumbit my sprites to TSR! Smile

Interesting, but when you mentioned the "Super" part, I was honestly expecting Felix's to be updated and redone for the Super Nintendo.

Personally, I think that you would benefit if you put some more work into these sprites because they seem a lot more like recolors and simple edits at the moment. Keep trying, though! You'll get something cool done if you keep practicing.

it's ok to suck, sucking is not bad, just try and aim to always do your best!

Thanks! Big Grin Yeah, the title is kinda misleading. I should change it to "Super Fix-It Felix, Jr. Bros." or something like that.

For the sprites, it's just a little idea that popped in my mind while playing around with YY-CHR (a NES graphics editor). Not a big thing I care to refine it for the moment.
Maybe I'll do a 16-Bit update of these sprites later on! Smile

If its supposed to be a sequel to the arcade game, why does it use the SMB styled sprites?

To be fair, SMB is basically a sequel to the arcade Donkey Kong and the arcade Mario Bros, so idg why this would be an issue to begin with :F
