I figure we'd get him out of the ground to make him less Resetti-like.

I think it would be funny if Resetti threatened to reset the game if you attacked him and perhaps even faked you out by making the screen turn black for a few seconds if you keep hitting him.
"HEY! THAT'S ENOUGH!"

Or instead of black it coudl show th title sreen for a second as if it's refreshing the flash?
Haha, a poorly drawn version of the title screen would be awesome. Enough to get the joke across but not make the player instantly close the game.
It could say 'SMAS BRUDDAS'
Like, all sketched and smudgy.
Or make it the real screen, but keep the bg sounds going, or make it look like a fake screen, jsut trying to throw out ideas.
Also, my idea for Muddy is that he'd pop out at random, roll a steel ball, go back under, repeat. I think any areas that he pops out of should also work as pitfalls for a while.
I had an idea for an Assist Trophy / Pokémon (list seems to be finalized now though) that acted like Bellossom, but instead of causing players to fall asleep, it would gradually heal damage from any player nearby, not just the one who released it. Only lasts for about 5 seconds though, to prevent enemies from camping near it. If one more Pokémon is still welcome, it would be Shaymin in this case. Thought a little change of pace would be nice since there isn't an AT / Pokémon that heals damage yet (if we exclude Chansey's eggs).
I don't think the list in the first post is final. I think it's just a list of all suggested ideas.
Speaking of which, if it is just for ideas, can my Linebeck/Jolene idea be added when it's updated again?
ALso, I think we are close to being able to go through it and pick final choices.

I had an idea for a Pokemon, We could have someone like Luxray use Flash, It fires a beam of light that makes the opponent slow and cannot use any 'physical' attacks, and any projectiles fired go in the completely wrong direction.
