to the section "Battle Map Tilesets" and rename this section to "Tilesets"? The section "Background Tilesets" is also no longer needed.

The reason is, that the battle maps have their tiles in the regular tilesets stored. Therefore it makes no sense to have two tileset sections.

Should be all good now.

So uhm, this was at first happening to every browser page I tried to visit yesterday, but now it only seems to be happening when I try to view the Who's Online page here. Before that it was also doing it for the main site (which sucked because I needed sprites lol). I'm not sure how relevant it is but I figured it was somewhat as it only seemed to be happening on one page here on the forums. This has never appeared before for me and it's very confusing.

That's definitely not on our end. It implies there's an issue with your connection at home. Or at least that there was one. Try clearing your cache if no other sites are doing it.

Can you define not working? It seems fine to me.
