Eh, you've basically got the best of the best on there, even Astyanax, which is a game I wouldn't even describe as that great, but rather as personally nostalgic.

If I was to suggest any to potentially swap around, they wouldn't really hold a candle to some of the ones on here, but I'll post them anyway.

-VICE: Project Doom - the poor man's Ninja Gaiden
-Clash at Demonhead - the poor man's Metroid
-Street Fighter 2010 - Not as bad as people say, graphics are fairly pleasing and gameplay is decent
-Cocoron - a simple platforms where you build characters to play as. Japanese, but English patched versions exist

Really those are just games I really like from when I was a kid (except Cocoron, found that later). There are some games on the main list I'd switch out for these, but only because they connect with me personally, don't know if they would be your style.
Astyanax might be terrible, it's been a while since I've played it, and judging it without rose tinted glasses is impossible - but man oh man that game was cool as hell back in the day (the arcade game was also pretty damn cool with it's music and "Don't you know I made this game" or whatever the evil guy's digital voice said on the game over screen).

Adventure Island III is looking a tad replaceable, an to be fair so is Metroid, as well - it's aged badly and Zero Mission is a better game. It's just hard to not have it because of how important it is...

Clash at Demonhead was heavily considered, I also think it's the name of the band in Scott Pilgrim...

If all goes well, and I think one save slot will do - well, it may well make it on.

Cocoron was interesting, but for whatever reason I never really liked it... :/
Okay so, this little 'trick' for the NES Mini now supports folders. 30 games per folder gives you all the savestates (so 4) available for use and thus completely removes any limit (as in 66) - jebus!
Wait, so what is the actual limit if that is the case?
So far 600 has been tested and worked fine with no issues.

Having some serious good times with this thing now...
hot damn i might have to get one for myself
