Here's a tour of the Id Software office, creators of Doom and other popular titles. It's pretty lengthy, but you get an idea of what the work environment was like.
A japanese idol visits ELF studios, a company full of salarymen who make ero games-- The premise alone is hilarious, but unfortunately there's no subtitles. It seems to go well, though.
