BTW: Can the version of dolphin the can open parts of Wii U isos open DLC (like New Super Luigi U?)

But then you'd have the idiots who will ruin that for everybody. Tongue Pirates everywhere.

Yup, it's what MK8 uses along with Pikmin 3 and some other games, as you're probably aware of

But I'm not sure how people can abuse some sprite, models and level files to pirate games.
How do you even get the Wii U iso?

I think you have to use clean rip on the wii u if you have homebrew channel. I'm going to be honest, I really don't know how to get them yet. That is my only guess so far.
I'm pretty sure you can't access Wii U games through the Homebrew Channel if you're in Wii mode. Who knows, it might actually be possible.
No, the method is not public. There are a few genuine ISOs floating around the internet, but not many.
Any other ideas?
So this person on youtube which you can see down below made a level editor for NSBU (New Super Mario Bros U) But unfortunately there keeping it to themseleves.

so wii u games might be possible to rip from much sooner than we think

I cannot wait till a Pikmin 3 ISO, so badly want to get those models. Maybe the "Wii U iso"s around aren't even real. They could just be trolling people. But if they are, oh the fun we will have with those.
I honestly can not wait 'til someone is able to rip models from the Wii U Smash Bros! That is until we get models from the 3DS Version i hope

I'm excited to see models from Super Smash Bros. Wii U. I want to edit Delfino Plaza & put the Grand Pianta Statue in it.
