Thanks for the sentiment, Boo. I should come up with some Star Fox sheets some time. Right now, I've worked on redoing my Carbuncle sheet. If any one of you remembers the old sheet, it was kind of, well.... bad. The priest is still being worked on and he isn't that far from completion either.

Old Carbuncle
NEW Carbuncle
All right. Finished with the Ferryman and the Priest.

The Sheet

Also, worked a little on Leventhan Hatchling from Odin Sphere. This is its backward flying animation.

Just to tide you over until I finish something.

Some of you remember my old Ramuh sheet. (This one). I went ahead and updated it with a few more animations and a new look. It uses the colors of his sprite in FF3 on the nes. So, here you are:
Ramuh

Worth noting is the laying down animation frames. They were an early idea I had, but having Ramuh kneeling read better than the unfinished animation.
I think I've spent more time organizing this sheet than actually spriting it. Either way, the most love-to-hate villain from Castlevania, Death is finished.

Death
Okay, another one finished. This is also from Castlevania.

Frozen Shade
You have quite a large collection! Nice job.
Wait. THE Xander?!
Stay on topic there, Mr. Administrator. Tongue

Smithy, you mention you don't have a programmer. Ever thought of teaching yourself? There are great online resources for learning to program:
https://www.khanacademy.org/computing/co...rogramming
Ah yes, SmithyGCN. If you want to learn programming specific to games, Python with the PyGame library is the easiest language to learn. It's not quite as powerful as languages like C++, but its much more fast and flexible than tools like GameMaker.
I think the problem is that it would be an absolutely massive job for one guy to do.
I thank you for your suggestion, Xander, but, Shade's right, I'm already making pretty much all of the graphics myself as is and I don't know when I'll finish it. I'm not holding my breath for a programmer, but the project is just a way for me to relax as of yet. If I do get a programmer, that's good - awesome even. However, I won't go about looking for help. Many people have already looked the other way at the stuff I've made - I wonder what that says about me and what I do - , but I do want it to be a game everyone can play and have fun with, but I, as I said, I'm not holding my breath.
Also, Xander, I hardly know anything about you, but Ton seems impressed by you, so I can only guess that you're a celebrity online. My greetings to you!

Anyway, here's something I've been putzing around with. It isn't finished, but it's based on the official art of the character himself. Shinryu from Final Fantasy 5.

Just something I can tide you guys over with until I finish something.
That's a scary monster! Nice job. Your shading looks awesome.

Seems like Ton's recommendation has given me a pretty instant rep, haha!

Learning to program is still a great idea. Wink
Finally done with one full sprite.

Absolutely gorgeous shading. It's amazing what you've managed to pull off with so few colors and more resolution to work with than the NES had!
