I don't think that's how Kirby swallows stuff. I recall he flattens himself, which causes his cheeks to puff up, then shrink as he swallows...

Ok, it's pretty hard for me to explain it without a visual aid, so take a look at Kirby's sprite sheet from Superstar to hopefully see what do I mean.

I tried making broom hatter, I'm not sure how well I did

Heeey! Looks really nice, bud!

If anything, there's just one black pixel in the middle of the broom that makes it look it's bent weird, but otherwise good job!

also, make him lower : you'll notice how all the character's bodies almost touch the ground despite them having feet
and you could make him fatter, and change the shape of the feet

It looks much better now I'm not sure about the shoes, they look kinda dumb.

im sorry i didnt revive this beauty of a project sooner or later! i had some problems of getting a computer that could be available to me. i cant believe it took a whole summer to do that! i should be available now. again, im very sorry. have a little animation.


i thought that kirby looked very lifeless just standing in his idle pose, so i made a little bouncy idle.

also, im currently struggling with animating these sprites because computer lag. i guess i have to live with this hunk a junk

I feel you should tone it down a bit. It just seems like too much movement.

hows this? i also updated the running animation.

ill be updating the kirby sheet with all the updated animations sooner or later.

It's a bit choppy compared to some of the other animations.
Perhaps a bit more fluid?
