This is the new MK game from Team NetheЯRealm Studios and being published by WB.

Though the past few MK games have been a blow ( yet managed to get a 10/10 rating, i am not lying go check gamestop), this time around they are REALLY focused on making this a tournament game.

Mkast Episodes 1 and 2 (Part 4 of 2 out as of now!)

Quality, not gimmicks, seems to be coming mainly from them talking and bragging about gameplay. They seem to have opened up there mind to the true MK kommunity (UMK3), as they have focused on making this a true quality title

Kratos is also available in order to spark interest for the mainstream krowd:

As you can see, they truly care about the gamer this time around. They even added the klassic MK layout for the arcade stick.

All that needs to asked about is there netcode, because GOD knows that fighting game companies are not good with those.

New scans of Sonya, Jax, Kratos, Ermac, and Sindel
wow this looks like an actual fighting game, not a liefieldan 90's comic book. i like it!
I can't wait to see more and more.
I would LOVE to see footage BUT
I'm not "17" yet
Screw this * walks out *
I've always been a sucker for the MK series. Ermac has been one of the better characters in the newer games, so I'm glad he's going to be in. I really hope this game makes the series relevant again.
Waaaaaaiiit, is this the same Mortal Kombat people've been talking about since last E3?

I mean, sure, the fact that Ermac and Goro are confirmed is pretty recent, as well as Kratos being in the PS3 version, but the game itself isn't really all that new. Hecks, we've seen gameplay vids in the past few months already (although, given, they're mostly the same sort of gameplay footage and the ones during the podcast are new).
...And?
Pre-order and you get that sexy ass reptile costume.
I am undecided
because past experience has told me that the people making Mortal Kombat hate my childhood and want to pee all over my warm fuzzy memories of it
but... but this looks pretty alright, thus far.
about time we got an actual MK game that isn't a gimmick.
Definitely pre-ordering on Amazon as soon as I get more hours. Me and m'boy Reptile gonna tear some shit up.
