Inspired by a matdog sketch, all I have is an outline, so there's not much to critique.
I remember there was some project like this awhile ago.

Anyways, decent so far but the arms could use work.
Add a fedora and a tommy gun. Smile

Looking good so fa,r the legs could use some more work on the knees and the hat needs some fixing too.

Ive yet to mess with the hat, Im not too sure on how to fix it. I know it's having perspective issues, but yeah

The black outline isn't working out.
Any ideas on what else I can do? Most of the outlines were black during that period of animation if Im not mistaken
thats because there was no other colors to work on dumpkoff
Remindes me of a generic Betty Boop background character, so I guess you are in the right track.
The buttons could be a bit bigger though.

A few fixes to things, Im still thinking on what to do with the buttons. CC?
make them white to stand out. You could also give it some AA to make it smoother (old-school cartoons are hella smooth, in the sense they bend like rubber)
