Custom Puni Sprites

that looks good. You don't have to do this, but it might be better to put more contrast between shades, and have only like 1-2 shades, considering how its a small sprite

I'll see if I can get that to work, but I'll probably just use the three shades. Oh, and here's the new version of the full sheet.

Something about the last two seems off. They seem... misshapen somehow. And the last one's shading is really odd, but it might just be my screen.

I don't really know what else to do to the Puni Elder. It's back is pretty crooked in the game, which is what I tried to capture with the sprite.

As for Pungrey, how's this?

I altered the shading a bit, and made the hat a little smaller.

Also, puniper's body is jagged, lineart wise

And I put up two version of Pungrey because his hat seemed to squared off to me.
