... what the heck is Starfy's moveset? Obviously he's gonna have his spinning in there somewhere, but what would his moves be?

Tried to fix that sharp armpit. Also, the arms' positions are okay, save his left (our right) arm, which I already edited a bit.

I think the body's okay now. My only problem is still the eyes. They need to be less tall

Looking at the reference sprite, comparing his eyes to his, "arms," I'd say they're the right size.
