I have a DecryptedRomFS.bin of Bravely Second. I extracted its files through HackingToolKit3DS. I ran the crowd.fs files through QuickBMS, and it spat out files in the format of .BCRES and .BCSKLA. I have no idea how to extract or convert these. I can provide an example archive if necessary.

Download a copy of Ohana3ds Rebirth Edition, *.bcres is the model file, and *.bcskla is the animation file for it, which you can also import into Ohana.
