He is trying his best here (I think Shocked; ). I say he is improving a lil. He just needs to work on it a lil more on some of it, but I say he is doing good.

hey kirby, remember me?(i bet you dont...)
anyway most of your style is mspainty , although the outlines are(really) good!
Try AA most outlines, add better colors (with a contrasting level) and you are good to go!
BTW, make kirbys outline a bit pinkier, make the colors more light pink and make the eyes bigger
(im not trying to be rude BTW)
