Wahaha, Omega love the topic's description.

I hate the idea of Sonic using a weapon instead of spinning. And I believe its a sequel to "and the secret rings"

Why's it gots to be a BLACK Knight?

But, seriously, I bet this is an excuse to bring back some Shadow the Hedgehog elements(Only JUST the sword)to a Sonic game...But I don't know what to think of this, since I haven't seen anything else yet...

His hair is dashing blue, which is similar to the majority of Fire Emblem Heroes. Not to mention his main enemy is the Antogonist, the Black Knight. He weilds a Sword, and the settings Middle Aged.

This is a sequel to Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn! A new threat is releaced in the world of Tellius, reviving the Black Knight and setting the Laguz against the Beroc. Ashera calls for a new hero, as Ike has left the land in search of greater adventures.

Who revived the Black Knight in order to destroy and conquer the world of Tellius. After seeing Sonic, rise with the Gallian Army backing him up, he brings out his Robot Army, who outnumber Sonic and the Laguz with futuristic weapons FAR BEYOND the modern day Magic used in Tellius today.

Sonic is thrown in Prison, where he meets up with Sothe, the future king and husband of Queen Micaiah. The two discuss how to destroy Eggman's army. In order to defeat him, they would need to collect the seven Chaos Weapons of Tellius. Armed with these seven weapons, with Sonic using the Master Sword (Yes, the same one from fucking ZELDA), Sonic is able to slay Eggman. However, the King plays his trump card, a Robot Dragon Laguz who's main goal is to DESTROY THE FUCKING CONTINENT.

Realizing his mistake, Eggman quickly joins Sonic's army. The armies of Tellius join together, but it still isn't enough to defeat the Dragon Robot. UNTIL. Ike comes crashing down, with his legendary Ragnell. Slicing off the Dragon's Head. He stands there, points at Sonic, and exclaims.

Concept is stupid, but i want to hear more before I pass judgement.

I really do wish that Sonic leaves the fighting to Knuckles, though.

I can understand SEGA trying to make each Sonic experience new and unique. But instead of changing Sonic himself (making him a werewolf/ giving him a sword), they should situate him in unique conditions that require his clasic speed to solve.

Look at Mario Galaxy, same Mario, doing what he does best, only this time he's in SPAAAAACE! Going upside down shooting through the stars.

They need to keep Sonic doing what he does best but change the setting and the mission.

Oh god, just because Nintendo release an add-on that makes swords work... Doesn't mean you have to make every character ever suddenly weild one.

I can see it now: best Sonic game since 3&K.

Y'know, this probably wouldn't get so much hate if they didn't tack "Sonic" on it and made a separate, unique hack-n-slash (I'm guessing) franchise.

Sonic needs to get back to his roots fast because soon even the fanboys will hate him.
Take a note from Capcom (Megaman 9) and Nintendo (New Wario Land).

Anyone seen that unofficial Sonic 2 HD? Why not just do that! Better than the crap Sega's making now.
